Information

Prices are per apartment and night for the specified number of guests. For stays of fewer than 3 nights, a surcharge of 20% will be applied. Outside the high season, stays for children up to 2 years of age are free of charge. In addition to the stated price, a municipal tourist tax applies from 01/01/2024. This amounts to €3.00 per person per day (from 14 years of age).

This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and will be charged on site.

For pets, we charge €12.00 per day (please bring your own blanket, food, and basket/bed).

The apartment will be available at the latest from 15 o´clock of the day of your arrival, until 9:30 of the day of departure. We invoice up to three days for late arrival or early departure. The washing machine and the dryer can be used for a small additional fee. The breakfast, as well as the breakfast basket will be charged. Pets are allowed; however, we charge 20%. We kindly ask you to bring your own blankets and/or dog baskets.

Cancelation:

There is no right of withdrawal according to consumer protection law- nevertheless the following cancellation terms are valid:

No later than 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit is retained. In case of no-show or in case of early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you can not start your holiday. We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
